Reminescence – 1

If you dunno Hari and Taggy , then the reminder of the post is not of any interest to you !

Today morning I had ssh-ed to codelabs server , for some small work. As soon i login I see this :

bash-3.2$ ssh root@10.1.39.36
The authenticity of host ‘10.1.39.36 (10.1.39.36)’ can’t be established.
RSA key fingerprint is <some big mac address here>
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes
Warning: Permanently added ‘10.1.39.36’ (RSA) to the list of known hosts.
root@10.1.39.36’s password:
Last login: Sat JulΒ  5 13:09:40 2008 from 10.1.39.34
Hi taggy , clean up your home soon
Else you will find a πŸ™‚ in your home folder
–Hari

[root@codelabs ~]#

You know what ? I was there when hari did this motd change , but then it made not muchΒ  of an impression! But now it brings a lot of happy & funny memories ! Did not want to miss it later , if some one<most probably me> reinstalls the codelabs server:P

  1. The funny part was taggy was so frust and he typed more than 5 times to delete that πŸ™‚ file πŸ˜›
It said 5 different errors and finally our taggy went to nautilus and deleted πŸ˜›

Btw, hope you take backup of everything before reinstalling. We have some important stuff there. πŸ™‚
