Getting a stomach upset is not a damage ! But it is a damage when there is no water in your hostel and the nearest place where you can go is to another hostel some three furlongs away and that too in a cycle , holding your stomach all the way ! Grrr!
–part: 2 –
You go to class late by < 5 min always and the very-nice-natured-teachers mark you absent for that and at the end of the session one has to go begging for attendance ! This is not at all a damage because the mistake is on my side ! But now since there was no water today , all i could do was brush with the drinking water and go to the other hostel and then be inside class at 8.25 for a 8.30 class. But the teacher comes 5 minutes late and takes the attendance at end of the class !

I better start worshipping Murphy as my kula theiyvam !

and of all people I sent ,  Hari alone replies and that too in middle of a fun trip like this

you know if you met any of hari,taggy,alagu , you can never hate them if at all you cant like them  enough! And to know them all at a time and be their friends , you cannot complain life hasnt given you enough

After a very long time I washed my clothes ! (I do wash clothes ) I thought a good sun drying will do – usually i just put it in my room hangar. So climbed up the terrace and the spread them all neatly up ! It was a bright day and it was 4 in the evening. “Okay will get the clothes back by 6 or so I thought..” But…

Things dont work as you plan . I slept of for a while and woke up at around 6:30 pm just to see that it had rained nicely ! So long for my sun-drying. But when i said my friends they started laughing – ” hey even nature doesnt want you to wash your clothes”.

PS : I just realized man proposes, god disposes

Prelude: I am in Wisdom club of our college ! This is one of the social clubs, the best I can say ! We are one really well knit and active group. Just when I joined it , we conducted Talentia ’07 , an inter-school event, which was a phenominal hit that year ! I personally did the Online quiz part and few other things ! Lots on talentia Later..

Event: But now since We did a good work , our seniors gave us money to treat ourselves in a nice restaurant ! It so happened that I had sit next to a girl (of course from our club) in the restaurant. (Hey thats not my mistake you know, things like that happen to everyone )
But shy person I was, i never turned much the other side, and “mostly” restricted myself to the all-boys side.(Now I see , what a waste ) . The girl next to me had been seeing the menu card for sometime and then …

girl : <i should order this> err. Excuse me Please !!
me :<oh she is finally calling me > Yes Please !
girl: <grrr !> I was calling the waiter !
me: <oops ! Fortunately no one heard> He he !
But everyone heard that and the whole group of 20+ people including me started laughing
me: <suren !! do the damage control daaa !! > ha ha ha ! That was so very funny of me ! <what am i talking ???> ha ha …..
On the hind sight, LOL ! I am dumb , but I love it as I never hurt anyone and my dumbness/stupidity always ended up in everybody laughing

I was going to Hyderabad Nampalli railway station(25 kms from IIIT, where i am staying) for booking tickets to get back to chennai. I reached there safely by local train and booked tickets. so far so good.

While returning back, instead of the final stop i have to get down, i got dow at hitech city stop, for I knew that IIIT is in the edge of HI Tech city. What i Didnt know was the station was about 8 km away from IIIT. So here i am new place , dont talk hindi also properly and dont have much money in pocket(well i had an 100 with me and few coins).

first i ask for an auto – 150 rs he says. I said no and started walking on the main road. no buildings near by and just a highway and not much traffic also. started feeling a bit afraid. Then the same auto came again. he said he is going to drop me in Hitech ciy bus stop. So i got in. but it was just a 5 min walking distance, but had to pay him 20 for that.

Then i changed three share autos from there each bringing me near to the college but i was getting afraid as i dont know what the way and it didnot seem familiar to me.I am saving the details of each share auto travel to avoid embarrassment.

Then come the final touch. Just have a fifty rupee note and it seems that i am just two stops away. But it started raining. Cats and dogs!!! i am fully drenching in the middle of road. curse my luck no building and the bus stop doesnot have a place to sit also.

Now comes a bus which i know for sure i going to my place. Got into it. The first time am seeing a lady conductor in a bus ( wow so nice of hyderabad ). she gives me a disapproving look seeing me all wet and causing trouble to all others. she asks me 5 Rs. I give her the 50 note. she asks me to give change. I check and find out to my horror i had just 4 Rs change in my purse. swearing to myself I tell her that. another nasty look at me she gives. asks me to get down at the next stop. me searching frantically for one more Rupee. Then found out two 1 Re coins and thank god get the ticket from her and reached there safely.

i knew i was a bit of whatever you are thinking of me rite now, but never knew i was so bad !!
