What to do ???

If you knew you have been a stupid more than once , all at a time; If you knew you have hurt the ones you like the most and if that is currently eating you up and you could not concentrating on anything else now , then what would you do ?? I am clueless ! It beats me sometime to find a way out ; It suddenly seems like the whole world is depopulated or something !
